Platform Resourcing have partnered with a Professional Services company in the Cardiff area to find an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their team. This is a well known and established company, where you will play an integral part of the team to assist with a variety of activities to support internal and external clients.
The role of an Accounts and Administration Assistant
* Receiving, logging and entering invoices manually
* Dealing with customer related administration to ensure onboarding and offboarding
* Communicating over the phone, by email and occasionally face to face
* Validate invoices in bulk
* Monitor and follow up on any discrepancies
* Answer queries relating to the invoices
Experience which we are looking for
* Strong Administration skills
* Dealing with invoices in bulk, and ensuring they are validated, and any discrepancies are dealt with swiftly
* Good communicator over the phone, by email and face to face
