One of our local clients based in Cardiff are currently recruiting for the role of an Assistant Caretaker.
Post holder will report to the Facilities Coordinator at Central Library Hub. Will assist with day to day duties such as the library skips, replenishing green bag stock, setting up rooms for bookings, delivering building deliveries. You will also be required to follow strict compliance when dealing with contractors, testing fire alarms and operating building systems.
This is a temporary role with strong possibility for further extension depending on performance.
