Retention Specialist required in Cardiff!
£30k OTE 
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm 

We are currently recruiting for a Retention Specialist to join a busy main dealership in Cardiff. The company offer a pension scheme and an annual discounted Service and MOT. You will receive 29 days holiday (including bank holidays) which with 3 years' service you are rewarded with an additional entitlement of 3 days holiday. You will have the opportunity of progression and further your career within the company and their various dealerships. 

Key Objectives:

Ensuring all Customers go through the defined renewal process as dictated at the time
Making Customer appointments from renewal phone calls and ensuring that they attend their appointment
All contacts to be recorded on Key 2 Key and Enquiry Max
Ensuring Key 2 Key campaigns are maximised and matched too available New, Pre Reg, Ex-Demo and Used Car Stock
