An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a large healthcare organisation who is looking to appoint a Capital Projects Manager.

To provide strategic estates related advice for business case development and capital developments.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop policies and strategies for the implementation of the capital programme to improve the built environment for patients and staff;
Advise and report to the organisation on all matters relating to the building and infrastructure elements of the capital programme;
Ensure that competent cost and feasibility advice is provided to project teams in developing the user brief for business cases;
Set out protocols and ensure that these are implemented to ensure that briefs reflect user's requirements;
Monitor the financial status of programmes and projects, ensuring regular reports are available;
Required to analyse, interpret and make judgements based on complex information and data.
