Catering Assistant

Term Time Only - 16.5 hrs/week for 36 weeks/year
St. Padarn's Institute is looking to recruit a multi-skilled Catering Assistant, who will report to the Catering Supervisor. The successful candidate will be working on a variable shift pattern (i.e. mornings/afternoons/evenings) in an Education Centre setting. We are looking for an individual with a broad range of general cooking and food preparation and kitchen cleaning skills, previous experience in a similar role with a Level 2 Award in Food Safety. During busier weeks (about 20 weeks of the contract) additional working hours will be required to cover a longer working week. Therefore the successful candidates would be required to work up to a total of 25-30 hours during these weeks.
