Blue Arrow Swansea are looking for a Duty Manager for one of Valued Clients within a Luxury 4* Hotel based in South Wales.

Working as part of the management team you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of departments across the Business Ensuring each department implements the Company's Business and Strategic Plan. Ensuring the highest quality of customer service to all guests, assisting at Reception, Food & Beverage Outlets and across the Business as the needs of the business dictate.

A successful candidate will have:

Excellent leadership skills with a calm mature approach.
Clear passion for the industry and policies and procedures.

Experienced of working within a similar environment
Career progression within the business.
