An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a large healthcare organisation who is looking to appoint an Estates Project Manager.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team to be responsible for the delivery of a range of comprehensive projects across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide project delivery for designated schemes to ensure the successful completion to the organisation's requirements of cost, time and quality;
Act as the main input on construction issues for projects and liaise with other professional colleagues - mechanical, electrical, IT, Telecommunications, Fire Safety Advisor, etc;
Ensure the successful completion of capital schemes and projects within designated timeframes;
