Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Cardiff Council to provide them a with Family Support Worker to join their Think Safe CSE team on a 6 Month Contract, likely to be extended.

This role is 37 hours per week and offers a pay rate of £12.50 per hour. This may be negotiable dependent on your experience. Working hours will be 08:30 am to 17:00 pm.

The purpose of the job: Think Safe! Works with Adolescent between the ages of 11 - 18 focusing on:

* Awareness raising

* Educating young people and families about the signs of exploitation and how to keep safe.

* Supporting young people that are at risk of or/and who are being exploited, this could include sexual and criminal exploitation.

As a Family Support Worker you will:

To engage with and build positive working relationships with children who are at risk of harm or being abused through CSE, and their families using the Assertive Outreach model of practice.
