Due Diligence Transformation Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large government-funded agency in Wales. This role will assist in the transformation of the financial and commercial due diligence process of their grant funding processes to ensure that the process is implemented and managed appropriately.

Role Responsibilities

Create, develop and implement the financial due diligence process for financial grant support applications submitted by businesses.
Create, develop and implement the guidelines for the critical examination of the grant applications (business plan review, financial position, and trading estimates).
Manage, develop and implement the end to end process for grant submission, review, processing and awarding, including the preparation of:
Financial and Accountancy Reports
Projects financial risk
Evidence of "need of grant"
Review of applicants business plan
