The Role

As an HGV Service Administrator you will:

Undertake all relevant administrative duties within the service department, whilst taking telephone enquiries and making customer service bookings.
Contact customers from the database to inform them that their service is due, managing the service plans, completing all paperwork accurately, maintaining records using computerised systems.
