Your role as a Site Operative:

* Carrying out site operations of the compost site day to day activities

* Be responsible for Site Operations covering: Composts, Leachate Management

* Providing cover for the senior site operator

* Be responsible for plant and associated attachments on all sites, including maintenance.

* Operating site screeners and shredders in a safe efficient manner

* Operating weighbridge & checking incoming loads

* Removing contrary material as required
