HGV Workshop Controller opportunity - Cardiff

Are you an experienced Workshop Supervisor or Controller considering a new opportunity? This could be the perfect position for you! My client is a commercial vehicle repair and service centre who is on the look for an experienced Supervisor/Controller. In this position you will be responsible for a large number of technicians and a supervisor, ensuring work is completed is a timely and efficient manner as well as ensuring KPIs are achieved.

Position details.

Salary: £30,000 basic + Company benefits

Shift: Monday - Friday

08:00-5:00

1 in 2 Saturday mornings

* To control the flow of work through the workshop to maximize technician utilization and to ensure technicians are working efficiently.

* Develop a customer oriented and profitable workshop

* Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
