Job role: Workshop Controller

Location: Cardiff

Money: £30,000-£36,000

Hours: 6am-3pm week 1 & 9am-6pm week 2 Monday to Friday

My client, a well established commercial vehicle dealership is seeking to employ an experienced Workshop Controller.

Workshop Controller Duties:
Oversee the daily running of the workshop, booking in of work and prioritising workload to meet customer needs, ensuring a steady flow of work through the workshop.
Liaise with the parts department to ensure procedures are adhered to.
Provide technical support to the workshop and external customers.
Monitor job cards and service documentation for accuracy.
Supervise workshop staff, including monitoring of time keeping and productivity, authorising overtime, identifying training needs.
